OUR FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Bespoke items are non-returnable since they are custom-made to the client's specific requirements. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your bespoke item, we are happy to address and resolve the matter to the best of our ability, handling each case individually.

Bespoke, Made-to-Order, engraved, or resized items are considered Special Orders, as they are specifically created or customized for you. As such, these jewellery pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We will promptly assist you by offering a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund. The customer acknowledges that we are not responsible for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by other customers or third parties, and any associated risks rest solely with the customer.

Neither the service nor its agents, affiliates, or content providers are liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service or from any breach of warranty. This applies to all content provided through the service.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the jewelry to the customer, their property, or others and their property. By purchasing jewelry from us, the customer agrees to take full responsibility for its use and any consequences thereafter.
